Shipping

Every order is printed when you place it. Most pieces print and ship within 3–5 business days from Minneapolis; larger or custom work may take longer, and we'll tell you up front if it does.

Orders ship via USPS or UPS with tracking. Free shipping applies over the threshold shown in the top bar. We currently ship within the United States.

Returns & Refunds

If a piece arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days and we'll remake it or refund it. Because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns of correctly-made, undamaged pieces — but if something's wrong, we'll make it right.

Custom and prototyping work is non-refundable once printing has started, since it's made to your spec.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to fill your order and reply to you — your name, contact details, shipping address, and order history. We don't sell your information. Payment is handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.

Terms

By ordering you agree that pieces are made to order, that small variation between prints is part of how they're made, and that custom work proceeds from the files and specs you provide. You keep the rights to your own design files; we don't reproduce or resell them.

FAQ

What materials do you print in?

PLA today, in a range of colors, on a Bambu Lab H2D at a 0.12mm layer height. For other materials or processes, ask on a custom quote.

How long does an order take?

Most ready-made pieces print and ship in 3–5 business days. Custom work depends on size and quantity — you'll get a timeline with your quote.

What do I send for a custom quote?

An STL, STEP, OBJ or 3MF file, the quantity you need, and any deadline. We reply within one business day.

Can colors and sizes vary?

Slightly, yes — these are printed objects, not injection-molded. The layer lines and small variations are part of the object.
